Johnnie di-Wonderful was the son of a poor Italian immigrant to the U.S.A. who, upon arriving at Liberty Island, had a liaison with a black immigration officer and there you have it, Johnnie was born, (9 months later of course). Struggling through the depression years, young Johnnie fought against abject poverty and prejudice to help his parents hack a living in an unforgiving world. He took to the gym to vent his frustrations and was soon spotted by the world famous boxing coach Marvin D Clusterbomb aka Marvin di-Marvelous. The rest is history and Johnnie went on to be the undisputed world champion and father 412 children as befitting of the boxing business.
Rannoch is aware of the possibility that Johnnie may wish to defend his title somewhere in Wales and says "Ah'll gub him an' blooter him so often he'll think he's surrounded" "Ah'll be aw ower him like a cheap suit."
